Professional development comes in all shapes and sizes from classroom observations to collaborative curriculum creation to teacher working groups exploring problems of practice. We’ll take an expansive look at professional development taking time to reflect on what’s happening at our own sites and collaboratively problem-solving and/or imagining what more is possible.

Sue Bojdak is the Leader of Recruitment for the Mandel Teacher Educator Institute (MTEI). She has been working in Jewish education since 1998 and has been a congregational educator since 2001. Sue is currently the Director of Education at Sha’ar Zahav in San Francisco.
