Workshop Evaluation
The greatest assets of our Jewish educational institutions are their exemplary talent—the people who bring Jewish education to life and build community. How do we ensure each Jewish educator feels valued so they can do their best work? In this session, participants will learn skills to build meaningful relationships with colleagues, explore how it is possible to transform organizational culture and draft action plans to apply at their own institution. The session is based on the presenter’s new book, “Bless Our Workforce,” which presents a management philosophy that follows this golden rule: If we get to know our people deeply, we can learn how to best motivate and inspire them so each one feels blessed at work.
