Workshop Evaluation
Help your teen classroom assistants, Madrichim, help you in the classroom! Teachers will develop strategies that complement your teaching style to best utilize their Madrichim. We’ll explore how to set high expectations and goals for your classroom and Madrichim while building positive relationships. Teachers will also gain a better understanding of how to communicate with your Madrichim in order to help them develop their strengths and leadership skills.
